Perfect place, well-mannered staff at reception desk. Location close enough to restaurants, bars, shops, the lovely beach where there is a couple of very nice local bars to visit, and restaurant.

We stayed in a triple room complete with the right beds and a beautiful view of the beachside plus private balcony. The breakfast was sumptuous for what was on offer with delicious eggs and Thai food and a wonderfull view. The location in a natural area was exceptionally nice and beautiful and there were a mall and a market nearby.

We had an excellent stay at Centara. The property is located next to the ocean with stunning views and beautiful greenery. The maintenance of the property was top-notch. The reception from the staff was exceptional - they were kind, friendly, and always helpful. We highly recommend trying the seafood platter at the restaurants and enjoying the fresh coconut water. The room service also offers delicious Indian dishes. The highlight of our stay was the relaxing professional massage at the spa, which had a soothing sea view and nature sounds. It was definitely worth the extra cost.

it's not in a good position because far from the city, in the evening you must take a taxi, during the day they have a free mini bus to take you to the center but only oneway, It ok for who want just relax far from the noise of cities.

Amazing surroundings, very nice staff (not very good english though). Easy to reach the beach, but via the 'jungle' so it is quite advneturous. Very well maintained, very good view from the rooms/villas.

The resort is located in a beautiful part of the island, down to the waters edge. The view is amazing although in need of some maintenance. The staff is attentive, the rooms are clean and of decent size. Breakfast is included and has a good selection of options. The self-service breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day.

The restaurant prices were steep and their taxi service was expensive, which made it hard to explore other areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this place and enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant nearby, just 200 meters away, and being able to walk to karon noi beach in only 15 minutes.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with just a short walk down to the beach and a shuttle bus provided. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the comfortable rooms.

The resort is in need of some modernization and maintenance. The rooms felt basic and small for the price, and the bathrooms were dated.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet location, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. The breakfast spread was large and had plenty of options to choose from. The pool was decent and there is transport available for those who don't like stairs.

The tap water is not potable and the bottled water provided tasted weird. Limited bathroom amenities were provided and the furnishings were a bit dated.

As for the negatives, I have none to report. This hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Every second during the stay in Centara villas is enjoyable, from the moment we stepped into the lobby after a long and tired flight. We are so impressed by the superb view, natural surroundings, exquisite decorations in the villa, and considerate staff of the hotel with the most beautiful smiles always on their face. The spa is extraordinarily unforgettable and worth trying. The sea view, the smell over atmosphere, and the music is super relaxing.
